Privacy Policy

Fightback is a voice-first demo for bill negotiation, overdraft fee disputes, and debt collector work-call issues. It uses the facts you provide to drive the ElevenLabs intake flow and to generate a Firecrawl-backed action plan.

What we collect

We collect the issue facts you enter or speak, the selected scenario, and the generated plan output needed to run the demo experience.

How voice works

If you start the voice intake, microphone audio is processed by ElevenLabs so the agent can gather missing facts and trigger plan generation.

How research works

Fightback uses Firecrawl to search and scrape live sources related to the selected issue. Generated outputs may reflect incomplete or stale third-party information and should be checked before acting on them.

Retention

This implementation may retain local server-side data for prototype features that still exist in the repo. It is not a hardened production storage design.

Use limits

Fightback is not a law firm, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and should not be used for emergencies or issues outside the supported workflows.
